LED usage instructions
1. Forming

A: The PINs must be formed before soldering.

B: Wehn forming, do not use the bottom of the PIN as the fulcrum

2. Installation

A: When applying the LED light to the bottom plate, do not apply physical pressure to the PINs.

B. Blue, white, yellow-green, pure green LEDs need to be anti-static when installed.

3. Welding requirement

A: Do not immerse the gel in the deep molten solder.

B: When the PIN is hot, do not apply pressureto it.

C: Acceptable weilding conditions (as shown in the following table).

Soldering Iron soldering	300℃ +-5℃, within 3 seconds (1.6mm from the colloid)
Immersion tin	260℃ +-5℃, within 3 seconds (1.6mm from the colloid)
Reflow soldering (warm up)	75℃ +-5℃, within 30 seconds
Reflow soldering (welding)	245℃ +-5℃, within 5 seconds (1.6mm from the colloid)
