The shipment cost should be taken by supplier if there have faulty product or malfunctioning product or broken product within 1 month.
Replacement will be sent to you in your next order if you don't want to return.
2) 0.3% free spare part for volume order, in the same time, we will give you replacement as compensation with next order if faulty product rate reach to 0.3%.
