Curing principle: Generally the cured material is composed of oligomers, monomers, photoinitiators, additives and other ingredients. Oligomers are high-molecular polymers with an unsaturated double-stranded structure, which can be converted to a cross-linked cured body after reaction. The monomer is the basic unit of the organic synthetic material and is mainly used as a diluent to reduce the viscosity of the chemical system. The photoinitiator generates two kinds of high-energy reactive radicals and cations under the irradiation of UV light, and promotes cross-link curing of oligomers and monomeric unsaturated double bonds. The auxiliary agent is not directly involved in the curing process, and its main role is to prevent the cured material from appearing gelled or slowly curing in dark light.
