Recently, the aircraft exterior LED lighting products developed by HNA Technology Co., Ltd. have obtained the Supplementary Type Certificate (CAAC STC) certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, marking that the newly developed aircraft exterior LED lights have been approved by the Civil Aviation Administration from the product design to the installation plan. Approved.

According to reports, the LED light products developed this time have passed more than 20 items including high and low temperature, temperature changes, vibration, work shock, salt spray, sand dust, waterproof, icing, power input, electromagnetic sensitivity, direct lightning strikes, and indirect lightning strikes. The DO-160 test.

On the product side, this newly developed LED light product is the first domestically-developed domestic aviation lighting product that can be installed outside the fuselage of Boeing and Airbus aircraft. It includes 3 installed models, namely: PAR64 and PAR46. And PAR36 models, these three models can replace the five traditional halogen bulbs of take-off lights, landing lights, taxi lights, turning lights and aviation emblem lights that have a higher failure rate on current aircraft.

In the daily operation of the aircraft, the new LED lamp not only consumes less power than traditional halogen lamps, but also has a theoretical service life of more than 30,000 hours, which is much higher than the life span of several hundred hours of traditional halogen lamps. This can not only reduce the power consumption of the onboard equipment on the aircraft, but also save a lot of waste of glass bulb raw materials from the perspective of environmental protection, which is in line with the country's current green and environmental development requirements.

In addition, compared with the high failure rate of traditional light bulbs, the long service life of LED lights can help airlines save manpower, devote limited maintenance personnel to troubleshooting more complex systems, and reduce airline maintenance. Cost and improve aviation safety.

In terms of use, the color temperature of LED lights is about 6000K cold white light, which is closer to natural light, easier for human eyes to accept, less fatigued, and will bring better flight visual experience to pilots.
