The registered capital of Suijing Automotive Electronics is 40 million yuan, of which Suijing Optoelectronics subscribed 20.4 million yuan, accounting for 51% of the registered capital; Ms. Yu Wenjun subscribed 16 million yuan, accounting for 40% of the registered capital; The remaining 9 per cent is owned by the new company's management team.
The main business of Suijing Automotive Electronics is the R&D, manufacturing and sales of automotive LED lights, optoelectronic devices and modules. Suijing Photoelectric pointed out that this move can integrate superior resources, better expand industry development opportunities, increase the company's industry competitiveness and profitability.

It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of SMD LED products. The products mainly include backlight LED devices, backlight strip modules, automotive LED and flash. Mainly used in all kinds of mobile phones, tablet computers, TV, monitors and other intelligent digital products and industrial control, medical, vehicle, flight instrument display production fields.
Among them, the vehicle LED business in Suijing Photoelectric business framework revenue proportion is not high but the growth rate is obvious.
