Storage & handling (read this before you mount):
Storage​ - Keep sealed bags at 5–30°C, 60% RH max. Assemble within 168 hours of opening. If silica gel has changed color, bake at 60±5°C for 24h before mounting.
Reflow Soldering​ - Preheat to 140–160°C within 2 min, peak at 260°C max for 10 sec. Use upper/lower heater reflow ovens. Avoid mechanical stress during cooling.
Hand Soldering​ - Iron temp ≤300°C, dwell time ≤3 sec. One pass only.
Cleaning​ - Skip acetone and trichloroethylene. Use ultrasonic cleaning (≤300W) or mild isopropyl alcohol if needed.

Can I run all three colors at once?
Yeah, they're independent dice. Just watch your power budget-red maxes at 72mW, green and blue at 111mW each.
PWM okay?
No problem. All three channels handle it. Need a burst? 125mA peak at 1/10 duty, 1kHz.
Why "true green"?
Because regular green LEDs drift toward yellow. This one's InGaN at 520–530nm-cleaner color, mixes white properly.
